Booking policy and advance payments

A reservation in the hotel can be made in several ways:

1. Bank transfer

2. By credit card MASTER and VISA

For payment by credit card, please read the hotel's booking policy.

2.1. Authorizations

Authorization (card hold) represents blocking a sum on the card without triggering an accounting transaction. After the authorization is made, our staff informs the cardholder that the reservation is successful and provides a reservation code. This information is provided by fax or email. The balance of the reservation or service is paid at RECEPTION in cash or by debit or credit card.

3. Cancellation of reservation

3.1. Reservation made more than 30 days before arrival

The HOTEL offers full cancellation of the authorization if the cancellation is made up to 15 days before the arrival date and time.

If the reservation is canceled less than 15 days before the arrival date and time, the HOTEL has the right to charge the card with the authorization amount.

3.2. Reservation made 48 hours to 30 days before arrival

The cardholder must cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the arrival date and time. In this case, the HOTEL has the right to charge the card with the amount of one night.

If the reservation is not canceled up to 48 hours before arrival, the HOTEL has the right to charge the card with the amount of the authorization.

3.3. Reservation made within 48 hours before arrival

Cannot be canceled. The HOTEL has the right to charge the card with the amount of the authorization.

3.4. No-show

In case of no-show on the arrival date and time without prior cancellation, the room is held until Check-out time the next day. If the guest has not arrived by then, the HOTEL has the right to charge the card with the amount of the authorization.

Personal data protection policy

In connection with the entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the hotel administrator invites you to express your wish to receive messages with information about current events, offers, and promotions.

We respect your privacy and do not send you daily messages.

What personal data do we collect?

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Identification data: signature, passport number, EGN/LNC
• Financial information: credit card number, invoice data
• At check-in: names from documents, EGN, document number

What do we use your data for?

• Reservation and reservation confirmation
• Completion of the Register of accommodated tourists
• Follow-up communication
• Billing for the use of services
• Investigation of violations of legal norms

How do we protect your personal data?

As a personal data administrator, Hotel Panorama makes every effort through appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure that personal data are protected against loss and/or unauthorized access.

• We apply protection for both electronic and paper media
• Access is limited to selected employees
• We use generally accepted information security techniques
• Video surveillance is positioned to ensure security without violating privacy

Data retention and storage

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Under applicable legislation, the administrator is required to keep information for legally defined periods, but no more than 5 years from the date of collection.

Your rights regarding personal data

In compliance with Bulgarian and European legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you can exercise the following rights:

• Right to rectification: update inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: delete your personal data under applicable conditions
